100-150g Edam cheese, cubed
1 ½ cups tabbouleh
½ cup cherry tomatoes or cut 2 tomatoes into wedges
¼ cucumber cut into sticks
2 large Danny's pita pockets
Mix together Edam, tabbouleh, tomatoes and cucumber
Cut pockets in half and spoon in filling.
Serves 2. One perfect Danny's pita pocket per person.
