Danny's Pitas
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Cup Black Olives, pitted
½ Cup Grated Cheese
For each person, cut a Danny's pita bread around its circumference and open bread into two rounds hinged at one side.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and a few black olives, pitted and roughly chopped. Add more grated cheese. Fold the top half of bread over.
Bake on a tray at 230°C for 5 minutes until the outside is crisp and the cheese melted.
