4 Danny's Pitas
1 Onion
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chilli powder/chopped fresh chilli
1 450g can Chilli/Kidney beans
1 300g can Corn kernals
1 pkt mince
Cheese
Sour Cream
1 pkt mince (500g)
Fry diced onion with a little ground cumin for 3-4 minutes.
Add mince and drained can of corn and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in a can of chilli beans, add chilli powder or chopped fresh chilli to taste and spoon into Danny's pita.
Top with grated cheese and sour cream.
